Software requirements

IRT Cronista supports x86 and x64 editions of Microsoft Windows. On recent ARM-based Windows computers, install the x64 version of IRT Cronista.

Microsoft-supported Windows versions:

·Windows 11 releases within the Microsoft servicing lifecycle.

Microsoft has ended standard support for the following Windows versions. Support for these versions is available by request:

·Windows 7.

·Windows 8 and 8.1.

·Windows 10.

The reporting features of IRT Cronista require a locally installed desktop version of Microsoft Word.

Microsoft-supported versions as of September 2026:

·Desktop Word included with Microsoft 365 Apps for Windows.

·Word 2024 and Word LTSC 2024.

·Word 2021 and Word LTSC 2021.

Microsoft has ended support for the following Word versions. Support for use with IRT Cronista is available by request:

·Word 2007.

·Word 2010.

·Word 2013.

·Word 2016.

·Word 2019.

Word for the web is not supported.

Recommended:

§Quad-core x64 processor.

§At least 8 GB of RAM.

§Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080.
