Use the selection tool
to select, move, and reshape measurement objects. You can also reposition object labels and open object or image commands.
Activate the selection tool
Click Selection Tool on the analysis toolbar, or select Analysis > Selection Tool.

Select objects
Click a measurement object to select it and make it active. The active object is part of the selection and is the object used by commands that require one object. Click a blank area of the focused image to clear the object selection.
Use any of the following methods to select multiple objects:
§Hold down Shift and click each additional object. The last object clicked becomes active.
§Start in a blank image area and drag a selection rectangle that fully encloses the objects. This replaces the current selection.
§Press Ctrl+A to select all measurement objects in the focused image.
§Select Analysis > Select > All Objects, All Spots, All Lines, All Areas, or All Notes.
Commands that support multiple objects apply to every selected object. Press Delete to delete the selected objects.
Move and reshape objects
§Drag an object's body to move it. If several objects are selected, dragging the body of a selected object moves all selected objects.
§Drag an object handle to reshape that object.
§Drag an object label to reposition the label.
§Press an arrow key to move all selected objects by one image pixel.
Open dialogs and context menus
§Double-click a measurement object's body to open its parameters dialog.
§Double-click an object label to open its label dialog.
§Double-click a blank area of the infrared image to open the image's parameters dialog.
§Right-click a measurement object, its label, or a blank image area to open the corresponding context menu.
